| The ladies' Italian evening was led by Rev Gavino Fioretti. Govino is the assistant Minister at Greyfriars and Stratherrick Free Church in Inverness. He was born on the island of Sardinia and grew up in a Christian home. He gave us an insight into the condition of Christianity in Italy All the food had an Italian flavour from, Lasagne and pizza, to Tiramisu and Olives (lots of them!) |

Prayer Points Pray for a transformation of the Italian Government away from corruption.Roman Catholicism ceased to be the state religion in 1984 but the Pope still has huge influence.Pray for small scattered groups of believers without a pastor.Pray for missionaries to go to Italy |
